Best Western Kelowna
Paradise Systems successfully installed a geothermal heating and cooling system using
Nordic and Reliable Controls products. The guests at the Best Western enjoy comfortable
temperatures throughout the arid summer and frigid winters.
A Reliable Controls MACH-System was installed that featured the
SMART-Sensor LCD in each of the
guest rooms networked to MACH-ProCom
building controllers in the mechanical room. The building controllers regulate the temperature
throughout the hotel, including each individual guest room.
Best Western Kelowna has been recognized several times, both locally and nationally for
it's efforts to improve the environment and lower emmisions from it's hotel.

Naramata Residence
Paradise Systems successfully installed a geothermal heating and cooling system that called on both Nordic and Reliable Controls products.
The system was awarded the 2008 Western Canada Project of the Year by the Canadian GeoExchange Coalition.
As it was the only house to win an award in 2008, we like to think of it as the "Best House in Canada"!

Coquitlam Residence
Paradise Systems successfully designed and installed a radiant geothermal heating and
cooling system using Nordic, Viessmann and Reliable Controls products.
The owners of the 15,000 square foot home have experienced energy savings well in excess of
50% and they have enjoyed a fully zoned and quietly comfortable living environment with
ultra low maintenance requirements ever since.

Summerland Waterfront Resort
Paradise Systems successfully replaced an older KMC system with the
Reliable Controls MACH-System for the central plant systems to properly control
heating and cooling throughout the resort.
The installation featured
MACH-ProCom building controllers
in the main mechanical rooms with several
MACH-ProZone controllers on smaller
systems to allow
for proper system operation on a previously poorly performing building. The system
also includes a MACH-ProWebSys web based panel
for internet connectivity.
The building controllers regulate all HVAC components throughout the hotel,
allowing each individual guest room to have heating, cooling and domestic
hot/cold water. The remote access for operators allows a seamless integration
of offsite system monitoring and troubleshooting around the clock.
